We’re seeking a dedicated Dialysis RN to join our team near Indianapolis. What You’ll Do:
-Start Treatments: Initiate dialysis treatments for patients and ensure their safety and comfort
- Monitor and Document: Track patient progress and document treatment data accurately throughout each session
- Physician Communication: Collaborate with physicians to provide optimal care and respond to patient needs
- Emergency Response: React swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies, ensuring quick, quality care
- Team Leadership: Oversee dialysis technicians and assist with patient care coordination

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an RN in a chronic dialysis center
- Strong tech-savvy skills and the ability to adapt to EMR systems quickly (no additional training required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach to care
