? Your Key Responsibilities:
? Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
? Monitor and record vital signs and health status.
? Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
? Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily activities.
? Change wound dressings and assist with procedures.
? Collect lab samples and ensure accurate documentation.
? What We’re Looking For:
? Experience: At least 1 year as an LPN.
? License: Clean and active LPN license.
? Certifications: Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
